to have rent reduced. Lease runs on a
3 year renewable term with “rent
review” at end of each period.
Dealer is responsible for maintenance
to equipment, gas nozzles, hoses and
property maintenance. Oil company is
responsible for replacement of property.
- 3 bay service area can be converted to convenience
store. Oil company would like to have it and
will provide for conversion.
